The controller of the personal data collected on this website is Traphf, S.L., with registered office at Calle de Serrano 41, 4ª planta, 28001 Madrid (Spain), Tax ID B-44512387, registered with the Madrid Mercantile Registry.
2. Data we collect
We only collect the data the user voluntarily provides through the newsletter form: name and email address. We may also collect technical browsing data if the user consents via the cookie banner.
3. Purpose and legal basis
The form data is used exclusively to send informational content about real estate crowdfunding. The legal basis is the user's express consent under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on Personal Data Protection.
4. Retention
Data will be retained while the user keeps their subscription or until they request deletion. Technical browsing data will be retained for a maximum of 24 months.
5. Recipients
Data is not shared with third parties except where required by law. It may be processed by technology providers acting as processors within the European Economic Area.
